Can I change or cancel my order?
We move fast to get your order to you, but if you need to make changes, let us know within 12 hours. After that, it's a bit tricky, but don’t worry - you can still return your order for a full refund once you’ve received it!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal. Super easy, right?
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday to Friday. Please give us 1-3 business days to handle your order, and it’ll be on its way the next day (except weekends, when we’re recharging for more awesome deliveries!).
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, shipping might take 6-16 days, but we promise it’ll be totally worth the wait!
What if I don’t get my order?
If your order isn’t with you within 30 days after shipping, let us know, and we’ll sort out a full refund for you.
Will I get charged customs and taxes?
The prices on our site are in US Dollars and tax-free, but depending on your location, you might need to pay some import duties or taxes when the package arrives. These charges are handled by your local customs office, so you’ll want to check with them for more details.
How do I return an item?

What if the item I received is damaged or wrong?
Oops! If something’s off with your order, let us know. Include your order number, a few photos of the item(s), and any other relevant details, and we’ll get it fixed as soon as possible!
When will I get my refund?
Once we’ve received your returned item (or cancellation request), your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. If you paid by credit or debit card, check with your bank to see when they’ll post it. If it’s been a little while and you haven’t seen the refund, give your bank a call!
